What we collect

When you send a brief or request a call, we collect the contact, company, service, timing and project information you choose to provide. We may also retain campaign attribution such as UTM tags, search-ad click identifiers and the referring page when available.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond, qualify the opportunity, route it to the appropriate KarimConnects workflow, and maintain a reliable record of the conversation.

How lead delivery works

Your submission is first secured in a private delivery outbox and then sent to KarimConnected, the private CRM. If the CRM is briefly unavailable, the site can retry delivery automatically. The public website does not provide a way to read stored leads.

Optional measurement

First-party analytics are off until you allow them through the analytics control. If you allow them, we record page views, service selections, form outcomes and campaign attribution to understand which parts of the site are useful. Event records do not contain your form answers or raw IP address. A salted technical identifier supports aggregate measurement. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals keep these events off, even if you previously allowed them.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set advertising cookies or load social-media embeds. Browser storage remembers your analytics choice. During an enquiry, a copy of your submission can remain in the current tab to support a retry; it is removed after the server confirms receipt. Campaign attribution is stored for the tab only when optional analytics are allowed. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information for delivery and security.

Sharing and external links

Information may be processed by the secure hosting and CRM infrastructure needed to run this service. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your activity under their own privacy terms. We do not sell submitted lead information.

Retention and your choices

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the opportunity, legitimate business follow-up, security and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact WhatsApp Karim.
